Kindergarten Orientation 2021 -2022 (last updated 07/11/21)
Kindergarten is a very important time for the child, parents and the school. At Blacktown North Public School, our Kinder Orientation Program aims to provide a smooth transition for you and your child when starting big school. Our program aims to reduce feelings of anxiety by familiarising the children with the school. Your child will be invited to explore big school on 3 Tuesdays. During each visit your child will participate in fun activities in the kindergarten classrooms and meet the kindergarten teachers. We will also help prepare parents for this exciting time.
Our school uses ‘seesaw’ to support our school community. You will be able to get access to this closed environment once you enrol with us. The website is created to support our new students become familiar with our school. There are videos from the Principal, a tour of our playground and story time with one of our Kindergarten teachers.
