Busy Bees Transition
Our Busy Bees Transition Program is for children who are enrolled to attend Kindergarten at Blacktown North Public School in 2017.

Our Busy Bees program operates every Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8.45am – 10.40am. During this time children are introduced to some of the school routines and have the opportunity to develop essential skills.
Below are some examples of why it is beneficial for students to be involved in transition to school programs:
- Helps facilitate a smooth and seamless transition of young children into school
- Planned activities to engage children and develop their academic and social skills
- Exposure to the English language
- Become familiar with the school surroundings
- Form relationships with other pre-school aged children and achieve social success
- Develop links between parents prior to school
- Children develop a sense of belonging.
